Feature Request: add shifting

Hi! 

Very handy tool, especially in Chip Tuning, thanks for the development.
It would be very nice to have ability to add shifting (left, right, up, down, like in Fairdell HexCmp2) while creating a patch.

Hope this will not introduce overhead, looking forward to the release.
