Implement Google Analytics on Home Page

As a site builder, i would like to add Google Analytics on home page to market "Request-yo-Racks" to customers.

Current Behavior

Currently there is no Analytics implemented for the home page

Expected Behavior

• Add gtags to Home page
• Generate a report on how home page is being markets and promoted/reached customers

Possible Solution

• Follow the Google guide for Analytics implementation
