Total Print Height parameter?

Being able to see at a glance what height the final print will be would be amazing. I forget how long I've been using this plugin, but this just came to mind.

Hi I've looked in the Cura codebase and I don't see this or a total layers parameter readily available, so I think I would need to implement a custom option like [total_print_height]. I'll give it a shot and get back to you. Thanks for the suggestion.

I haven't worked on this issue yet. I'll ask if other developers can help with this.
