Ability to purge queues

First of all I want to thank you for a very nice piece of software. I have been running it in production for some time now and it's rock solid. Even after I inserted 5 million jobs at once the throughput stayed consistently good. River UI experienced some lag while the job count was that high but that is perhaps expected. 😄

Are there any plans to allow purging a queue programmatically and through River UI? It would be very useful and other queue solutions usually provide a similar feature (RabbitMQ, Celery, SQS come to mind at least).

Nice! Yeah, it'd be nice for this not to happen, and maybe there's something we could do, but at high job numbers even counting in Postgres gets difficult to do, so it's a little tricky.

Queue purging seems like a sensible feature. We already have a JobDelete that deletes by ID, but maybe something like a JobDeleteAll that takes a parameter struct similar to JobListParams (so multiple conditions can be specified) would make sense.
