can't open WT-Flasher on Mac

I downloaded the WT-Flasher in order to installed a firmware. When I try to open it it imidiatly crashes.
Is there any other way I could install a updated firmware? at the moment I'm using v1.28 and I would like to have the features available only at 1.3 and above.

Unfortunately, unlike Windows, Apple OS updates will sometimes break applications. I actually recently purchase a new MacBook just to be able to update both the Flasher and the Configurator applications to be compatible with the most recent Mac OS and Apple silicon, and am currently working on it. Until I can finish and post an update, you could try the Mac version of the STM32CubeProgrammer:

Or locate a Windows machine long enough to run the Flasher app.

Possibly, but I personally would try the STM32CUBEProgrammer first. I believe I used the Windows version and it just worked. I can try the Mac version later this weekend, but you could try it now.
