Feature Request: Dynamically changing the pitch of an individual track

So I don't know if the current revision of the board is capable of this, but I thought I'd throw it in there for the future.

In my use case, this would be useful for implementing a steam engine whistle that can be quilled like on a real engine.

PS: Any ETA on the newer wavtrigger board? I'm designing a printable railcar right now and it would be handy to know the dimensions of it. Thanks!
