flags cause open failed

using hard-code flags would open succeed, but passed by invoker would be failed.

only open for creating will have "incorrect" flags. The flags got by emulator register for Read is okay

flags bypassed by MIPS register lost create flag (64, 0x40) which causes No Such File error. Still don't know why

but still need to find out what causes wrong flag
