release DoOR.data v1.1 compatibility release

Release a version of DoOR.data 1.x that is compatible to DoOR.functions 2.0

• data remains the same
• add InChIKeys
• rename objects (OGN -> DoOR.mappings, ...)
• add loadData()
• add DoOR.functions >= 2.0 to depends
