I am trying to upload to our HPC large (2-3 GB) analysis.tdf_bin files from Bruker or equally large .raw files from Thermo using scp_upload().
This had been working for me for years, with occasional RStudio session crashes - which were not frequent enough to be an issue. Now, however, the crash has become systematic, so that this has become useless for the main purpose I am using this for.
I have tested 2 versions of R, but the crash occurs in both 4.3.1 and 4.2.3.
