Improve support for EC2 #147

Description

@edescourtis

Please try to streamline support for EC2.

On the 18th of September 2017, Amazon announced per-second billing for EC2 Instances and EBS volumes. This aligns perfectly with tons of use cases. Currently, it looks like rumpkernel is by far the most stable unikernel out there. This could lead to a lot of traction around rumpkernel.

I have a use case needing this immediately and I am sure once people realize this they will jump in.

The main issue I have right now is that deploying this to ec2 is a very manual and error-prone process that is poorly documented. In my view, this is holding back people who would otherwise use this tech right away.
