Announcement
Hello @rust-kr community,
I am the author of the @localizethedocs organization. It is my pleasure to invite translators here to maintain the "Korean" translations for the 🎉 rust-book-l10n 🎉 project!
The goal of this project is to translate The Rust Book into multiple languages. Translations are contributed via the Crowdin platform, automatically synchronized with the GitHub repository, and can be previewed on GitHub Pages.
How to Contribute Translations?
To contribute translations to the project, just follow the following steps:
- Create an account on Crowdin Enterprise.
- Log in and go the rust-book-l10n project.
- Choose the language you would like to contribute.
If the target language is not yet supported, you just need to open a new issue to request the new language. For example:
**Title:** [Language] Request New Language `ko_KR`
- **Locale Code:** `ko_KR`
- **English Name:** Korean
- **Native Name:** 한국어
- **Crowdin Code:** `ko`
- **ReadTheDocs Code:** `ko`
Once the requested language is added, you can begin translating.
Other Localization Projects
There are other localization projects created by the @localizethedocs organization. For example:
- mdbook-docs-l10n,
- cargo-book-l10n,
- rust-rfcs-l10n,
- rustup-book-l10n,
- rustdoc-book-l10n,
- rust-edition-guide-l10n,
- rust-embedded-book-l10n,
- zed-docs-l10n,
- helix-docs-l10n,
- pyo3-guide-l10n,
- maturin-guide-l10n,
- and more.
We welcome volunteers to contribute translations of "Korean" to these projects!
