Helm chart for rustfs-operator

I think it could be very useful to have a Helm chart to deploy rustfs-operator.

I am open to contribute if necessary.

I just noticed that there is in fact a helm chart here:

But I cannot find it the official repo index:

https://charts.rustfs.com/index.yaml

Can someone add it?
