PWA Adapter should accept media styling tag

1. PWA Adapter should accept media styling tags - image, video, audio, document for displaying them on PWA front. Fetch the corresponding media file from azure service & send it to outbound.
2. Add styling tags for public media url - for pwa, gupshup, netcore adapters
3. PWA Adapter should accept media from pwa frontend and process it.
