[Feature]: Add option for Freeze to Suspend instead of Disable

Problem Statement

When using the current Freeze function, apps are no longer visible in the app drawer.
If I want to open the app, I need to unfreeze it first.

Proposed Solution

Add option to Suspend instead of Disable (see Hail app as an example)

This way apps are still visible in de app drawer and can be opened from the app drawer.

I initially was gonna do it but then opted for the disable option because Android changed the suspend behavior. Now it pretty much does not suspend the app, only mutes the notifications unfortunately. You can use device modes for it instead which is built-in to Android.

When opening a suspended app, I get a message "App isn't available" with the option Unpause app. But you're saying the app is still able to run in the background?

This is unfortunate, because Disabling an app also removed the icon from the home screen and folder within the app drawer. Enabling the app, does not return these icons.

Yeah... They downgraded that feature I think since Android 14 or so. It's the same story for work apps, even tho there's a dedicated button for "Pause work apps" it only mutes them. Same thing for suspension. I will still look into adding it but I don't think it's that useful and also device modes can now do this automatically on Android.

Seems like it could be emulated by disabling background processes, then restoring the setting value after the app has been unsuspended again. I'm not sure about the feasibility of watching for those changes, however.

I think that might lead to app crashes which is even lesser ideal than not launching at all by removing the launch activity... Will do some research... Actually haven't thought into that approach yet.
