@KatyTudor If there are two samples in the labware with the same external id (and other columns would also match), should it lead to two identical rows in the file, or should only unique rows be included?

@khelwood we said a row per section right? so if there are two sections with the same external ID we'd need them on different rows as they will have been sectioned by us and we can make them unique by adding the section number manually
