Wiki Typo fixed and added steps if DB version is lower than required (exceptional case)

Below are the details which have been modified which have typo issues that have been fixed and also if the DB version is lower than required then you can do some required steps for setting up your project. Bullet points' text is a file name and numbered lists are changes that have been made.

1. • For exceptional cases If MySQL or MariaDB has a lower version then for MySQL we can set mysql-connector-java artifactId version as required and we can set JDBC driver (e.g spring.datasource.driver-class-name) as required in application.properties.
