Need to know where i need to make changes in order to run the scrript

currently i have  perform the below steps
node init
node install -- save express require json
pasted your js file 
run the cmd with  statement node stout.js client id secred id number

Please let me know where should i make any other changes 
I am new to this tech so need help thank you
