Would be helpful to know the last time the data in a survey was modified (e.g. EC was last updated in 2006).

Note: the file caching options incorporate a reference to the file modification date. This same information could be used to introduce a message or warning when the dataset has not been modified in a fixed period of time (say, more than 18 months prior to the Sys.Date)
