Launcher starts but no buttons

Good evening, i downloaded the 7zip and followed the instructions, but when i start the launcher it doesn't show anything, just black, the only thing that works kinda is, when i put the cersor in place where the x button for closing is (but doesn't show it) the launcher closes, any help to fix the problem?
