option to enable system wide settings #5
Description
Currently you have to specify the options either on the command line or inside the knife.rb. But every customer configuration if the same, so system-wide server settings would be very much appreciated. This can be easily added within the locate_config_value(key) function within the github_base.rb. Just didn't had time to add it yet..
