I suggest changing the silk screen to 510/1k instead of 390/780. 780 Ohms is very uncommon. I doubt they're in stock most places.
I also suggest flipping the VGA connector to the other side of the PCB so that all the bulky components are on the same side. This makes it much more "streamlined" and slim if put in a case.
Thanks for this project. Worked well with my GF's old CGA XT. I made the circuit on a prototype board to get it running in one evening and ordered PCBs.
