Integration: ThumbGate enforcement layer for sd0x harness

Hey — sd0x-dev-flow as a harness layer is a great foundation. One thing harnesses typically lack: enforcement that persists across sessions.

ThumbGate adds PreToolUse hooks that block known-bad actions before execution. Prevention rules auto-generate from feedback, and Thompson Sampling adapts gate confidence.

The integration would be natural: sd0x orchestrates the workflow, ThumbGate enforces safety across it. New: self-distillation mode auto-generates rules from agent outcomes — no human feedback needed.
