Description
Currently, we use uv.lock to install dependencies during ci workflows.
pip install modos will only consider dependencies as they are specified in pyproject.toml.
We should simulate a fresh installation without the use of uv.lock during our ci workflow, to detect broken upstream dependencies in advance.
