ConvertToUTF8 causes file change reset when clicked on different tab of same file

Steps to reproduce

1. open same file, lets call it A, multiple times with "New View into File"
2. edit A content trough Sublime Text
3. clicking on other tab of same file A (try to click between same file tabs once or multiple times)
4. BUG: it resets A changes
5. can get back to changes only with Ctr+Z.

Sorry, but I can't reproduce this problem. Would you please provide me more details?

• OS type
• Sublime Text version
• User Settings of ConvertToUTF8 (if any)
• Console log (press CTRL+`)
• A sample of A file is better
• A screen recording is even better (video or gif)

@seanliang, I already wrote you, see more details in sublimehq/sublime_text#1702

ConvertToUTF8 didn't had any custom settings.
I already uninstalled/removed ConvertToUTF8 package.
