CudaText API support

@Alexey-T Call the "set_text_all" method in the plugin will make CudaText mark the editor as "modified", that is, even user doesn't change any content, Cuda will ask user for saving file.

 ed.set_prop(PROP_MODIFIED, '0')

Is there any method that I can bind arbitrary prop to current editor? I might need to set some flags for later use.
