Enhancements related to Cloudpathlib v0.22.0

Cloudpathlib v0.22.0 has been released with two major improvements:

• Added support for http(s) urls with HttpClient, HttpPath, HttpsClient, and HttpsPath
• Added experimental support for patching the builtins open, os, os.path, and glob to work with CloudPath objects

This could maybe help us to:

• remove any use of validators and use AnyPath with URLs (STAC, DEMs, etc)
• remove string conversion before calling rasterio

For now, rasterio doesn't seem to handle this feature. Continue passing str to it.
