Revamp Dask notebook

The current dask notebook is quite useless.
With further improvement and better handling of Dask in EOReader, the notebook should be revamped:

• Demonstrate EOReader's lazy behaviour
• Highlight limitations (RPC ortho that is not lazy; vector interfacing that is not either)
