GitHub authentication changes

The problem

on the current version of the repository. 3.4.9 Linux RC1
whenever i try to fetch or push into a repository it gets an authentication error through github desktop,

i end needing to use git to push and pull since through desktop it doesn't allow me anymore

Operating system

Ubuntu 24.04.4 LTS

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. download github desktop 3.4.9 Linux RC1
2. log into an account that has corp integrared
3. try to fetch any repository from that corporation

the problem only happens in corporations. on normal repositorys it still works
