I don't know if this is an issue or an incorrect usage.
The fact is that after the update to the last version ("shiftonelabs/laravel-sqs-fifo-queue": "^3.0"), composer update terminates with this message:

Laravel added first-party support for SQS FIFO queues which became viable in v12.30.0 (originally added in v12.27.0, but had to be fixed). For now, you can either update your code to switch over to Laravel's new built-in implementation, or you may still be able to use this package if you alias the Illuminate\Bus\Queueable::withDeduplicator method to something else in your use statement. I have not had a chance to look into whether this package can still be used alongside the built-in implementation.

In our case:

• We use both one standard queue and one fifo queue
• We need to use SqsFifoQueueable library in order to work with groups in the fifo queue.
• We don't use "withDeduplicator" method at all in any case

Solution (hack):
Simply change the line

use SqsFifoQueueable;

by

use SqsFifoQueueable {
    SqsFifoQueueable::withDeduplicator insteadof Queueable;
}

We're tellinp PHP: “If there is a method name conflict between SqsFifoQueueable and Queueable for withDeduplicator, use the one from SqsFifoQueueable.”
It only affects the withDeduplicator() method. All other methods from both traits remain available.

Laravel’s Queueable trait now (from v12.30) defines withDeduplicator() (for Fair Queues).
SqsFifoQueueable library also defines withDeduplicator() (for deduplication in FIFO).
Without resolution, PHP throws a fatal error because it doesn’t know which method to use.
By adding insteadof, we explicitly choose the FIFO version.

It works because:
It removes the collision.
It doesn’t break anything else.
Even if you never call withDeduplicator(), PHP needs to know which one to keep.

Note:
If you use standard queue and FIFO queue in the same class this solution may not work if you use withDeduplication method for any of them.
