Add label to onchain address

When a label is associated with an onchain address, the app should consider it as used and do not provide it again next time user want to receive onchain.

it's intentional, for now at least, that users don't get unlimited chain addresses due to tracking and the gap limit on restoration... also users don't have utxo control as that's an admin function for re-balancing etc

How about each non-admin-user get allocated to a different derivation path?

That would complicate storage and LND restorations even further, goals toward being a first-class on-chain wallet for users are at-odds with the goal for administrative control over guest accounts and lightning velocity
