Release new stable version #5
Description
When the following issue is resolved, I think we can release the new version!
- issue Drop PHP 5.x supports #1.
- issue Update LICENSE #2.
- issue Resolves issue #1 #3.
And it should be the 1.0.0 because these issues are about the huge changes.
And just remind that we need to draft a new release for this latest release.
