ansible: configure logging on mac

Configure Ansible with OS X syslog.

MacOS uses Apple System Logs (ASL) system with logging configurations available in /etc/asl.conv and modules in /etc/asl/*. Each module can define query to match the messages and what to do when the query passes, e.g. safe in a file:

? [= Sender com.example] file /var/log/example.com
> /var/log/example.com mode=0644 format=std rotate=seq compress file_max=50M all_max=150M

One can stream log messages from CLI to observe these arrive (for example filter messages with "example" sub-string):

$ log show --info --debug '"example"'

Then can write from Python3:

import syslog
syslog.syslog(syslog.LOG_CRIT, "example - direct message from python")

The log show does print the message, but ASL module does not pick it up. We tried different queries with no luck.
