[BUG] Map scroll when opening new categories

The page scrolls when opening the categories

NOTE: This is actually due to the fact that we had an AUTOMATIC scroll when clicking on a section on the main homepage or refreshing the page. So whatever the fix is here, we need to make sure that by refreshing or landing on a section form the homepage still works as expected
