`pyproject.toml` support under PEP 517 and PEP 621

pip install . has worked with pyproject.toml since for a couple years now. I have a few Python projects for work that define everything through their pyproject.toml, these projects are incompatible with Synk.

When will Snyk support projects defined by pyproject.toml files (without Poetry)?

This issue was brought up before via #189 but it was closed without an explanation.

Same here. You can export your pyproject.toml no matter the PM (except Poetry, which is supported) into a requirements.txt in order for Snyk to be able to work with it.
