Change API end point for Spotter data so internal users can use their admin tokens for querying data from Spotters which belong to different users

Roguewave currently relies on the "devices" end point of pysofar, which does not work with Sofar admin tokens. This means that internal users cannot query data from customer units without knowing the unit owner's token. One also cannot query data from multiple Spotters from multiple accounts simultaneously and must instead update the token used in their environment for each unit.
