Projects without description crash the scan scan

Some Projects do not have a description field. Based on how the scanner currently functions any project that does not have a description field will terminate the scan and create an exception with the error even if there are other tickets / pages to scan with the error:

PropertyHolder Object has no attribute description.

Fix:

Add Logic to handle Projects with no description so that the rest of the scanning can be automated

I can reproduce this bug when the Jira scanner hits BRD Project issue type.

@TheRedTerror @BoBeR182 Thank you for reporting the issue. I have created a branch with a fix, and it should be included in the next release (PR 40).

I could not replicate it, because my Jira instance does not allow me to remove the description field from any Jira issue types. However I added some try-catches for the description and summary fields (see commit 9f97ee9) to handle this corner case. This fix is also included in the jira-pagination branch.

I would appreciate if you could validate this fix as well on your end. You can test it the same way I mentioned in the pagination issue discussion. Here is a suggestion on how to test it:
