Add a dialogue that warns when you are making a change

They noted that changing a catalog number or locality name could have very serious consequences and asked if there could be a dialog box that warns a user that the change they are about to make could have significant consequences/affect a number of records.

Description: Changing a value for this field on an existing record can have major consequences, therefore the users would like a confirmation dialog to indicate that the field is about to be changed when the "Save" button is pressed. This will help in the event that a field was accidentally typed into or edited by accident while updating a form.

The closes workaround for this at the moment is to enable the "Read Only mode" in Form Meta menu

This is something that would be particularly useful when editing shared Collecting Events and the like. This has been discussed as an action for GeoSpecify as well.
