Stuck in one region

Psiclass has finished in reasonable times for most of the chromosomes. It seems like for one of the chromosomes, the software is stuck in processing some of the regions. For a three-day-run, it was able to process all the regions expect for one (703437678-704099852).

As in some of the previous issues, this region may be complex. I am running the software with --maxDpConstraintSize 5. Would there be a better way to get around this?

How many samples do you have? Usually the over-complex region is caused by some long introns (>100K) which seems to be your case, and I may add some parameters to tune the filters there based on the sample support.

Could you please share the subexon_combined.out file in the subexon folder?
