Played a few games as JPA now: neat stuff!
A few things I noticed trying to use air:
- interceptors don't fire at ground units, or their targeting is mussed up enough that they never managed to fire
- dive bombers fly extremely high, and often get stuck in big swooping turns that makes them feel like they're ignoring orders
- there might be something awry with the anti-tank sortie: perhaps it'd be worth adding
armor_hit_side=top to that weapon: I think it was hitting side/front armor fairly often, and thus the sortie felt quite ineffective
