[OLD] LD0

As a User
I want to select a LD0 for my AccessPoint
so that it is valid

ACs:

• If there is only one LD0 Function use that as the default for all APs
• If there is multiple let the user decide in a Dropdown when creating APs
• If there is none create a default LD0
• I can see the Nodes from LD0 in the S-IED section
• I can select LD0 for each AP also in Multi AP creation
• I can select/create default LD0 with or without optional attributes
• It counts as one Action and is done within the create AP / IED

Technical:

• Find all Functions that have a LLN0 and exclude them from the BayType View --> This should not be an issue anymore as they just live inside the TEMPLATE section
• Two Types for mandatory and none Mandatory attributes

Clarification:
