Correctly classify bugs as "hangs"

Currently, both hangs (i.e., the DBMS does not terminate) and crashes  (i.e., SEGFAULTs and assertion failures) are specified as `crash` in the `oracle` attribute. It would be desirable to introduce a new oracle category `hang`, to have a more accurate classification for them.
