[Story]: Create CodeGate provider Codeium / Azure OpenAI in Continue

As a developer using Codegate,I want to use:

1. Codeium
2. Azure OpenAI as provider backends through the Continue plugin,
   so that I can route anonymized requests to these services without exposing PII or sensitive code directly.

I would love to develop it but my company's resources are quite restrained at this moment. I would treat this user story as business need from the market as some of my clients would need it to leverage benefits of AI coding assistants. Please let me know how can I help
