Indenting a checklist seems to create an unchecked value in the JSON so smart views fail

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a SuperNote
2. Add a checklist either with / or [ ]
3. Check all the boxes and there will not be a checked:false
4. indent any one (or all) of the items and there will be a checked:false added to the JSON so smart view filtering based on unchecked items fails

Expected behavior
Indenting a checklist should not impact filtering based on checked
