It's possible to drag-reorder Bard sets, but re-ordering paragraphs "blocks" requires copy-and-paste to manually move paragraphs around. It would be nice if, instead, we could enable drag-reordering for paragraphs also. I've hacked this out for myself but I think it would be nice as a core offering.
