refactor: Remove lib/ directory after steami_screen migration.

Description

After steami_screen, steami_ssd1327, steami_gc9a01, and steami_colors are migrated to micropython-steami-lib (#266), the lib/ directory in this repo becomes redundant.

• Delete lib/ directory
