Non-started Proposals Show Zero Total Votes

I'm trying to fix the problem: on wallet page, non-started proposal show zero total votes.

I've added some debug printing locally and I can see the total_votes from list_proposal_votes is zero - so this looks to me the problem is from the list_proposal_votes not the wallet (front-end)?

Yes, we are currently working and experimenting with lazy loading.

You can build the value using list_proposal_votes, but a bit problematic as an approach considering the 1000 limit.

Especially if there are a lot of voters on proposals.
