Provider tab button usage bars don't reflect "used" display setting (vs. "available") without restarting app

I enabled this setting to show my progress as 0% when unused, and 100% when fully used.

The progress bar on the tabs for the providers does not reflect this change, they still show it as full bar > unused; empty bar > fully used

Turns out i just needed to hard restart the app for this setting to apply to the tab buttons. I will change the name, maybe this should still be addressed?
