Usage Credits (beyond rate limits) is off by orders of magnitude! #321

See attached screenshot from my running instance of CodexBar on macOS.
My Claude monthly extra spend cap is $30/month. Pretty sure currently usage is $7 right now.
I noticed this in a recent update where the decimal place seems to be a bit off :) There is no way I'm spending $3k/month on Claude/Codex 🤣
