Publishing snapshots to sonatype fails #249

Gradle plugin used: https://github.com/gradle-nexus/publish-plugin
It uses the old API, but configuration was adjusted to use the new endpoints that support the old API.
Generated a new portal token credentials pair (not sure if I did that earlier or not, the UI does not state so).
Publishing a release works, but publishing snapshots does not work with a 403 error code.
Enabled snapshot publishing for the namespace (see here) - if this is the issue then for the change to apply maybe some time needs to pass - reevaluate at a later time.
