AdminTools unjail problem

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The problem is that when you unjail someone with admintools, the person receives the loadout all over again. Having double the weapons for instance.

Describe the solution you'd like
Maby add support that you dont get a loadout when you get unjailed. Or if you already have some of the items you got given from the loadout, you won't get them again.

Or maby a config option that the loadout only is given when a respawn wave or respawn event is triggered. Not a forceclass.
